HI everyone, I have gotten my approval (NOA2) finally, after 5 months and 3 weeks.

From visajourney's website documents what needs to be sent to the Embassy (Turkey, my wife resides in Turkey) are as following; (anyone know whether it is to be sent to Ankara Embassy or Istanbul?????)

1- OF-169 completed and signed (by beneficiary)

* passport

* birth certificate

* police certificate

* photographs (2x) (passport photos)

* evidence of support (I-134 filled and signed by me)

* marriage certificates

* translations for all documents in English

accompanied with

- OF 230 (also known as DS-230) part 1 signed (biographic data) by beneficiary??

- OF 167

- Form DSL-1083 (i didn;t understand this form completely, it looks like it is just full of information, nothing to be filled, correct????

- Form I-134

(Summary of what is been asked in OF-169 )

2- Original or copy of the marriage certificate

3- Police Certificate

4- Medical Examination (what kind of examination, general check up? Is it supposed to be done at certain locations?)

5- I-864 Affidavit Support Form, which I filled and signed

(including my last 3 years W2s and tax returns and my most recent paychecks along I-864)

Anything else?

Can I directly send these documents to Embassy in Turkey? If so which embassy, Ankara or Istanbul?

What role NVC plays in this whole process?

After I get the approval from USCIS, my application is being forwarded to NVC but I can send these documents I have listed above to Embassy as soon as possible, right? Do I have to wait any confirmation or any information from NVC?

I also have to include fees for the application, right? For which application? How much? To whom?

Anything else needs to be added to the list above?

For my wife to be able to issued visa, she basically needs to be scheduled or given an interview date, is that correct?

Do I have to be with her at the interview? I most probably travel to Turkey within next few months?

Do you know how long it might have taken for my wife to be given an interview date, assuming we provide all the necessary documents and information within few weeks? Is there anything that is holding us from sending any documents to the Embassy? Do I have to wait any confirmation or any other type of approval from NVC?

Can anyone inform me about these questions and the process I am to go through in these next months?

What might be the estimated waiting time for an interview date at Turkish Embassy?

I really appreciate your helps comments and thoughts. As you can imagine I am a little excited and asking many questions.

Thank you all very much.

Also another very quick question? What is DS3032 form? Is it mandatory?

What if I don't appoint anyone as my agent, which I can from the form, but then the very next question doesn't apply to me!! I am already a US citizen.

What is IV Bill IV packet?

Does these have to be done and paid before NVC is complete? And does NVC process has to be complete before being able to send the required documents listed above to US Embassy abroad (in this case Turkey) for scheduling an interview date?

Thank you for your comments and answers.

Yes DS3032 is mandatory.It is meant to be filled by your wife-the beneficiary, not you-the petitioner. She can then appoint YOU as her agent.

This has to be done before the NVC stage can progress.

NVC stage must be complete before case progresses to the embassy stage.
