So I am filling N-400 form and need to know something about how to list info about residence. I currently own a house now but when I moved to US 3 and a half years ago I as living at my in-laws house. However my wife had a reneted apartment also but we never recieved any mails there or had any official document with that address ( we used that as a secondary place)except for mortgage where we had to show we were paying rent. All our mails and documents had the in-laws residence, which was the primary residence that I was living in.

Here's my delimma- do I list thet secondary place of service or not ? I didn't list it when i filled my removal of condition.

Please provide informed comments.

Thanks !

Thanks it make sense. I just needed a second opinion.

Perhaps you also filed for your AOS, ROC, and filed an AR-11. Would think all of these addresses should fall in line for continuity in your forms.

I just used my in-laws and present address for ROC and AR-11 because before my present address I listed my in-laws as primary residence. I'd spend a few days at my secondary residence but never recived any mails or had any documents with that address. so I don't know if I should include that address or not.
