no,,you don't need to acquire all this things.it depends on your case or your history the doctors will be the one to decide which vaccine is applicable for you..

you don't have to take all of those which was required by the US Embassy...the doctors at St.Lukes will determine which of those is applicable to you and they might put you under blanket waiver...honestly, all of the vaccines you had taken were not necessary for you to take..I didn't have any Vaccination History and records but everything was alright..btw, the payment you will pay for your medical exam already includes your payments for the vaccines..and you have the option to have the shot during your med exam @ St.Lukes or whenever you arrive here in US..God bless..

You only have to have the vaccinations that are appropriate for your age, provided you don't have a medical contraindication. This will probably mean the MMR, TDaP (tetanus, diptheria and pertussis), and meningitis (memingococcal). You need to check with your country's Embassy, though. But you definitely don't need to have all of those at your age.

If you are contraindicated for a vaccine, e.g. because of a previous allergic reaction, you will need to take a letter from your doctor to your medical stating why you should not have the vaccination.

Here is a link to the vaccination requirements by age from the Department of State. However, this is intended for the Embassy in London, so double check with your own embassy as well as the requirements may be different - for instance, the varicella (chickenpox) vaccination isn't available in the UK, so it's not a requirement.

Hope this helps!
