Hi VJ'rs

Well London logged packet 3 yesterday, my question is does anyone know if London has sent out interview dates before they have medical results my medical is on the 31st March. I have sent readiness letter with packet 3 and also letter informing London that our wedding date is for the 18th June and that I need to work 4 weeks notice for my employer, I have also stated that I would appreciate earliest possible interview date as have all documents in hand and gave them the date of my medical.

Any news would be greatly appreciated. Thanks. :hehe:(F):):P

Probably never... I phoned the embassy yesterday lunchtime, they told me that they scheduled my interview for the 29th March and apparently they sent the letter on the 15th.

If you are to scrape into the US a day or two before your wedding then you have until the 16th May to interview with the embassy, although, realistically, as you filed your packet 3 and it was logged by them way before your medical, you'll probably get your interview in mid April. They will have your medical results around the 6th April, so I'd at least start calling the embassy from then.

10/02/2011 - I visited NY for 3 weeks (let this hold up the K1 process)

28/02/2011 - Medical

29/03/2011 - K1 Interview at London Embassy - Visa granted!

01/04/2011 - Visa in hand

Next Stage

03/05/2011 - POE in JFK - can't wait!

04/06/2011 - Our Wedding Day :)

Replying to myself, but I just got home from work and 'Official Business of the US Government' was waiting for me!

It's just a letter though, nothing else in there except for a link for what they want you to bring.

01/23/23... interview scheduled for 02/28

Thank you for the reply just living in hope and not the most patient of people, I cant wait until they tell me ive got an interview date. I never did receive the packet 3 letter got my LND no from DOS and they have kept me informed, apparently packet 3 letter was sent out on 15th March, apparently London send post but not many people ever seem to receive any. Thank goodness for DOS.
