i filed on december 30, 2010. the case was last updated in Feburary

i filed november 1,2010, i received an e mail 2 days ago that my appplication has been approved,im waiting for the hard copy of approval notice.. yey!! hope you'll get your approval too. i know we still have to wait long.. but its nice to see some movement..

I have filed my application on Nov21st. No word yet.

just wondering, who are you petitioning? husband/wife or children below 21? I was just concerned about my brother. He's turning 21 on October and my mother just filed for him last dec'10,f2a. I am hoping we'll get an approval soon and I don't know what to do next though since he's gonna be 21 soon? thank you!

F2A- brother (20 yrs. old)

Dec 15,2010: NOA1(Priority Date)

May 10,2011: NOA2( Approved)

May 21,2011: Called NVC got case number

May 26,2011: called NVC to set up emails

May 26,2011: received an email from NVC- P3AU english(stating the visa is not available for your use)

Hi, I am applied for my wife.

As far as I know, if you turn 21 before application is approved, application category changes from F2A to F2B which means longer waits according to Visa Bulletin. I hope you get the approval soon.

You can create a topic for your question though, because I am not 100 percent sure if you need re-apply again.

i am glad to announce,my huspands i-130 is approved today,i am going crazy,i belive it is a testimony of what god could do,thank you all for your help,and also my n-400 moved from rfe to testing,it happend on the same day,could you belive,ricardo could you pls update me, i am sure you are a lucky person,thank you,thank you thank you god,and all of you guys
