"USCIS National Average - 16.7 Month(s) "

this was just updated on USCIS webiste.. #######?

where on the uscis site are you seeing this national average? The processing times has gone back to 6 months for VSC.

Never mind, I found the page, it is strange that the national average is listed as 16.7.

if you log in with your receipt number and scroll down and then select i-751 and your processing center, it shows the national average as 16.7 months.

I don't think it's anything to worry about. If you check individual centers, you will see that the Texas center is what's lowering the average (as their listed time is around 39 months). So the national average is really just a mathematical average of the three centers (Vermont and California are both listed as 6 months).

Of course, we know that these estimates are pretty off anyway (in both directions).

man it has been more then 7 months and i call'ed to uscis the told me you have to wait month or two more , and also i got told that your wife have a 1 year extension letter so you dont have to worried about any thing i request her to do an Inquiry on her case but she said it not nessessary i was like :I Okay i guess

Received an email from USCIS that my case is in "Post-Decision Activity" and that they have mailed me an approval notice. I guess, this means that the green card is on its way.

I got my card yesterday, the new ones look great!

The USCIS site still says its under initial review! oh well
