The online payment system at the nvc is not working is there another way to pay the fees online

I have not been able to get it to work either. I've been trying daily since last week and have only gotten the SIF error. :crying:

Knackered for me too.

I've tried IE, Firefox and Chrome. :(

My Wife emailed them on Saturday and she received a reply today "to follow instructions and that was it".

She called them just now and, "well, if it's not there you will have to send in a money order or certified check" otherwise you have to wait until the website works again"

:(

It is annoying how some people at the NVC blame your browser, whilst others say there is a problem with the website.

Make your ******* mind up chaps! :(

I just phoned and spoke to an operator who first told me to check my browser (which I have done so I told her so). Then told me if I can't get it to work to pay by the alternate method (postal mail). Which will take longer and give me no way to follow the status!

So then I asked her, 'have other people been phoning to complain that the system is down or is this just my case number?'.

To which she replied 'oh other people have been phoning in as well'.

So the system is messed up.

The one thing is, I would imagine they make it a priority to sort it out, since this particular part of their system is the part that receives the $$$!
