I have a question about the sample version hosted here for form I-134, question 11 "I intend/do not intend to make specific contributions to the support of the person(s) named in item 3"

The sample version suggests putting "N/A ( K1 visa process for permanent residence )" as the answer for this line... is this question really not applicable? what did everyone else do? I followed the guides and sample forms until now, but am unsure on this one.

Aug 29, 2011 ------- AOS & EAD accepted at lock box facility

Oct 24, 2011 ------- AOS transferred to CSC

Nov 03, 2011 ------- EAD approved

Nov 12, 2011 ------- EAD Recieved

Nov 29, 2011 ------- Green-Card approved:D

Nov 29, 2011 ------- Green-Card recieved:D

I have checked with others that have finished this process. They tell me to leave the boxes blank (I intend, do not intend) and in the line below type in N/A K1 visa process for permanent residence. So that is exactly what we did :-)

Biometrics..............2011-09-13

EAD card.................2011-10-26

AP card....................2011-10-26

AOS approved .......2011-12-19

Green card rec.......2011-12-27

yeah... we were somewhat shocked to get the NOA2 so quickly LOL - not that I'm complaining :whistle:

For those of you reading this thread who are dealing with the U.S. Embassy Manila: check "intend" and write a short note underneath about how you plan on providing room, board, and all other essentials for your loved one.
