Hi - my I129F was sent to the Texas CSC.

This is what I receive back from paying 40.00 online from an immigration attorney:

"This is good news. Finally USCIS has completed the secondary review. The statement on their website is merely generic. It is the same response given to anyone that applies for any document, including a visa. At this point USCIS is saying that it will start mailing out its response within 30-days.

Keep a lookout in the mail. We have seen them come as early as 5-7 days from approval."

I also called USCIS and the lady promptly said "....most likely it is an approval...." which brings a smile but until I receive the NOA2 in my hand I will not sleep well.

Regards!
