NOA1-August 5th and we received our NOA2 last Monday (almost after 7 months of waiting and no RFE). The irony is that today in the mail, I got the hard copy of our NOA2 and the response to the service request of 02/14. The letter said: your application is still under review and you should obtain a response within the next 30 days  ... I praise God I didn't have to wait that long!!!

Congratulations! Thanks for sharing your story!

Well, yes, I find this a Very helpful bit of information. How did you find this out, about the 14th of the month I mean?

Sorry for the late reply. Anyways, I just found out because one time I talked to one customer service who appeared to know what she is saying, and was very helpful. Later on, I watched out to see if what she was saying is right, and it turned to be true. On the 15th of the following month. I called on the 15th, and the date has changed, and thus I was able to file a service request, which later on lead to my petition getting approved

I-129F sent July 26 201
