Looks like you've got the basics. Your list of evidence includes wedding pictures and proof of communication I believe.

Hi! Thanks for your quick reply.

We are planning on submitting these right now, but I'm worried it may be too much actually so we are discussing what we can do without as I type this!

  • Co-mingling of financial resources
    • Photo of four (4) jointly held credit cards reflecting PETITIONER and BENEFICIARY’s names with the same account number
    • Confirmation page reflecting that BENEFICIARY is listed as a beneficiary on PETITIONER’s life insurance policy
    • Confirmation page reflecting that BENEFICIARY is listed as a beneficiary on PETITIONER’s 403(b) retirement account
    • Joint car insurance policy in the names of both the PETITIONER and BENEFICIARY

[*]Four (4) notarized third party affidavits

    [*]Wedding related evidence

    • Receipt for wedding rings
    • Copies and photographs of self-made wedding invitations
    • Receipt from wedding reception

[*]Six (6) photographs as evidence to our bona fide relationship and marriage

[*]Evidence of travel to and from the US and Singapore

    • Trip #1: First meeting in Los Angeles, California (14 days together)
      • Copy of PETITIONER’s travel itinerary and e-boarding pass
      • Copy of BENEFICIARY’s e-ticket receipt and e-boarding pass and check-in confirmation slip

[*]Trip #2: BENEFICIARY flies to visit PETITIONER (82 days on Visa Waiver Program)

      • Copy of BENEFICIARY’s passport entry stamp, boarding passes, luggage tags and itineraries

[*]Trip #3: PETITIONER flies to visit and marry BENEFICIARY (21 days)

      • Copy of PETITIONER’s passport entry stamp, receipts and itineraries

[*]Photocopies of cards and letters from family and friends jointly received by PETITIONER and BENEFICIARY

    [*]Evidence of continuing communication

    • Phone logs from May 2010 to February 2011
    • Instant Messaging (IM) via MSN Windows Live Messenger
    • Screenshots of IM chats spanning 17 Feb 2011 to 23 Feb 2011
    • Eight (8) 1-page-long chat logs for every 6 months of communications on IM dating from May 2007 to present
    • Five (5) emails

Would love to hear any thoughts on the matter as well. :)

That's a lot you are submitting.

For i-130, we only submitted:

  • joint bank account statement
  • 4 Notarized affidavits
  • 5 photos

Hi!

Hope your interview went well! By the way, is it true that the US embassy here only allows documents in plastic bags into the embassy for the visa interview? I read it the other day on a Singapore-specific visa information website which was linked from the official US embassy in Singapore website.

Anyway, we ended up just submitting the proof of co-mingled finances, travel, wedding and wedding invite photos, a couple photopages of other photos, communication and affidavits. The whole package came up to 80 pages because the travel pages alone were almost 15 pages and communication stuff was 30-some pages.

It gave us (well, me mostly, since I'm the sort who tends to worry excessively about every single detail) a sense of comfort that we submitted what to me was enough proof beyond a shadow of a doubt of our very loving and legitimate relationship. And since we were essentially submitting larger but clearly categorized "bundles", it still seemed simple enough for whoever was reviewing our file to sift through and find things within our package if they needed to do so.
