We are in the same boat. NOA1 on the 2nd week of october, and still waiting...

I posted this question on a new thread: does anyone know how the estimated dates on your timeline are computed?

There is a range of dates on our timeline, I was wondering whether there is some statistical significance to the range, for example: there is a 68% probability that you will get a NOA2 withing that range...

That would be really interesting information!

Me too, I'm at Vermont Service Center and my NOA1 is dated October 5th. I called them for the first time on Friday (the day before yesterday). They didn't tell me anything special, except that they are working on petitions filed on August 21, 2010. (Which is not true, because some people who have filed after me already have their NOA2). Does anyone know about how many months out it is a good idea to get the senator involved?

It appears to be averages, and all the Februaries they are processing are skewing the numbers. It seems they are just hitting October, in all actuality. Much talk has been made about whether that is intentional to keep them under 150 days for some reason. (10/27 NOA1, here.)

Hi all- I'm in the same boat. Oct 1 NOA 1, so hoping it comes soon!! I think with the holidays and all the snow they are a bit behind.

Yes, also I got the NOA1 Sept 22nd and my file shows no touches since October 4th. Its still showing initial review so I called my senator to inquire late last week - at least they got back to me right away! Let's see what happens!
