Ok so I checked out this Igor's list and I have been watching it for the last three days.. Ryan and I went from number 409 UP TO 420??? What is with that? The Berkley one puts us in at 386 or something... I don't understand?! If we are supposed to be in order of being approved of close to.. how are we getting further away :S

One reason could be that people who filed AFTER you are getting approvals and updated their timeline. Thus bumping you down the list. As much as immigration says they do the paper work in order, that's not true. I've seen people get approvals in less than 1 month while people who filed for over 5 months are still waiting.

dont worry about igor's list,regardless of what the estimated approval date is,you will get your noa 2 when you reach five months,no sooner ( maybe like 20 days,but you get the point ).i can promise you that

People with a petition/NOA1 date before you join VJ and add their timelines after you did. It's plausible that's what causing you to cruise up and down Igor's list.

Igor's list is not official. It represents only a fraction of the total out there. The reason your number goes up has to do with the many late joiners here on VJ. These people (and many others) are already on the USCIS list but you don't get to see that. Your number there goes down daily, assuming they do their job. People will still be joining VJ right up to and even after they get their NOA2. Don't worry about that.

The thing that bothers me is seeing that they are giving many more approvals to Jan and Feb filers than Oct, Nov, and Dec!! This is WRONG! I am sure the people getting NOA2 in less than 30 days are delighted but it is cruel and unfair to those of us that filed 5 months ago to watch this! Monday I begin the calling to USCIS as well as my congress-man and they will continue hearing from me daily till I get my approval! I hope many others do the same. They say that the squeaky wheel gets the grease and this does seem to be true with government agencies in particular.
