Mar 2011 - After 5mths denied for lost docs - Attempts to follow up failed. Mar 18 2012 - I-129F sent - No sign of NOA1 but they have banked the check...Jul 24 - Update - USCIS has located our file
Infopass Apt - they sorted through everything - our 2011 and 2012 file keep getting mixed up - getting us a Case# (still waiting) Dec- Infopass Appt- expecting to get a case # in about a week ..Still no Case number
Mar 2013 Infopass - advised file was in a box somewhere,and it would be quicker for us to refile. Life gets in the way... New petition submitted July 2014 .

LMAOOOOOOOOO sam's on the plane! XD he'll be here on sunday thats likeeeee...tomorrow at 12:05, he has around 14 hours flight to romania so im trying to scratch the walls, eat paper or orhter crazy ###### to keep my mind off and my nerves down *jumps on the window*

caro he wont even let me pee he already told me that LOL. god...id better get some sleep tonight cause i wont be sleeping for 2 days. but i wont be able to sleep *goes back at playing zuma like a maniac*

Hopefully you got your computer running again but if it keeps crashing I would think about copying all those images and videos onto a CD/DVD or some other storage device.

I moved all my furniture to a new apartment and getting ready with all the paperwork for my fiance after the approval I will be learning about 2 weeks from now! :dance:

But in any case I found that we wouldn't be able to fly her and the dog to America until the middle of September cause two big american airlines won't take animals in the cargo bay when the temperature is 85 F (29.5 C) at the destination POE. Oh well can't risk the poor dogs health, stuck in a cage in the cargo bay for all that time.

Happy 4th everybody, we got real fireworks going off tonight and virtual ones going off the rest of the month!!! :dance::yes:B-)

Hello VJ peeps, I am new on hear and I have been all over this site reading and even posting in the wrong places. I am here with you March filers but a little tired from navigating on the site. I just returned from Haiti visiting my fiancee. As I posted some where else I wish I read all this before I left on my trip. There was so much I shoulda done on the last trip besides stay in the whole time.

I look forward to getting to know all the March filers.

That's how tired I am...I just figured out I am an April filer, Geesh! where are they?

Well welcome aboard Chynna! We seem to be a happy bunch in here, well of course except when we're not happy but I think thats understandable! There's even a facebook group that Thea created for all us 2011 K-1 filers.

Enjoy the journey, except for the times when you don't want to enjoy the journey and just want to do this to USCIS :bonk:;)

My computer crashed too! :( I'm on an old dinosaur and can't even open up my email, it's too slow and it says the page takes too long to respond, so I'm working on getting my laptop fixed. (cross fingers) At least I had all my pictures on an external hardrive, I highly recommend you do the same, just for safety's sake! I'm guessing the USCIS will be up and running like normally on the 6th, having stayed up late on the 4th, they'll all be hungover on the 5th. (even though Carolina predicted the 5th for my NOA2, I'm not holding my breath, though I will send her a braid of my hair if she's right!)
