can i contact them to see if my i130 arrived?

Hi, Its been a week since i sent it, i havent had any word from them. Should i call to find out if they got it?

Stupidly i put the E form in the middle of the pack, instead of the front, and my husband didnt get tracking (like i asked him to!).

We did a money order and i want to know if they received that. Looking at others time tables- they usually have word that it was received after 3 days?

How am i supposed to know, just wait for the N01?

Give it time it is only a week you should hear by end of eek beginning of next. It can take up to 2 weeks till you get notified.

Exactly, just wait for NOA1. Also, if you sent the personal check, you will see money withdrawn from your account - that will also tell you they got it and are working on it.

Give it time it is only a week you should hear by end of eek beginning of next. It can take up to 2 weeks till you get notified.

And as you did a money order not a cheque , you can't trace the amount you will just have to wait.

The dates you're seeing are maybe the date printed on the NOA1 receipt. But it will take time to get to you to know what date they put on your receipt.

Hi! I sent mine in on the same day (also for UK!!) with tracking and it was delivered on 3/1 (Was listed as arrived at post office for more than a day before it was delivered!). I've had no other notice yet either (email, text, NOA1) so we'll just have to wait and see. Good luck!

06-21-11 Informed USCIS of their error: they wrongly thought we were adjusting status so they held the petition and didn't forward it to NVC

06-30-11 Expedited service request granted to forward petition to NVC

08-02-11 Congressional Inquiry to get USCIS to finally forward petition to NVC

08-05-11 USCIS admits our file was routed to National Records Center and will expedite its return and forward to NVC

08-23-11 Congressman's office informs me that file is FINALLY on its way to NVC! Woohoo!!

08-22-11 Received by NVC

09-19-11 Case # Assigned. Emailed DS-3032.

09-22-11 AOS Bill Invoiced/Paid. DS-3032 Received. Emailed DS-3032 again.

09-26-11 AOS Invoice marked Paid. I-864 Mailed. DS-3032 Accepted.

09-28-11 IV Invoice marked Paid. DS-230 Mailed. I-864 Delivered.
