if you have a permanent resident card two years, the date on the card expires 3-9-2009 now count backwards 90 days, ok it's 90 days minus two years you need to remove conditions form 1-751.it looks like you need to file now,the citizenship is married three years with permanent resident card. you need to read the guides on how to remove conditions.

if you get your permanent resident 10 years card,remove conditions approval, and your married living togather three years,then you can file the n-400 citizenship three years in the us.minus 90 days on the date of your permanent resident card.yours is 3-9-212, if your married three years but not living togather you have to file three years or after.NO minus 90 days

Green card also shows an expiration date, if it says 03-09-2011 you have a lot more to worry about than citizenship, you failed to file your I-751 in a timely manor. Since you mentioned a spouse, did you come here via marriage?

Judging by the OP's timeline, the I 751 has been applied for.

OP - under the 3 year option, you can apply for citizenship 90 days before 3/9/2012. You can apply anytime after 12/10/2011. All the best to you.

Missed that "03/01/20100 I-751 NOA Received dated 02/23/2011" below the dotted line, are they still sending out that crazy one year extension notice? We sent in the I-751 precisely 90 days before my wifes' second anniversary date, and with marriage that works out to be exactly one year later for sending in the N-400, provided its not a leap year, then you have to add an extra day. of if that day falls on weekend requiring you to add an extra day for that.

Thanks for all the replies, i am actually in the process of I-751 I just recieved my one year extension.
