Where should I contact about AP after interview.Embassy, NVC or any where else?

What are you wanting to know in regards to the AP?

01/09/09 - Sent I-129F

Visa Approved!

23/07/10 - Arrived in the U.S.

28/08/10 - Got Married

20/10/10 - Sent AOS

04/11/10 - InfoPass Appointment to request an Expedited AP

05/11/10 - Expedited AP Approved! RFE requested for AOS

01/02/11 - RFE sent

01/01/11 - RFE Received

01/12/11 - Biometrics taken

01/28/11 - EAD Approved

02/02/11 - AOS moved to CSC

03/07/11 - Greencard Approved!

No, you should contact or email where you had your interview.

AP is only given to people who have already received a visa, are already in the US, have married, and have filed to adjust their status to permanent resident.

AP is only given to people who have already received a visa, are already in the US, have married, and have filed to adjust their status to permanent resident.

Umm my fiance did not receive his visa.They put him on AP and it is too long.We are worry becasue we ven do not know if the embassy reject him for visa or not.That is why I want to contact.But I do not know where I have to contact.

AP can happen at any point in the process, if I remember correctly.

I would contact the entity that has it in AP. If it was the embassy that has it in AP, contact them.
