Just check the 5 year; you are quite fine. In respect to the date you have been a PR since, use the date on your GC. All the best to you!!!

I-130 for husband - see TIMELINE

10/23/2007 - Receive SSC (took 9 days from POE)

12/04/2007 - Receive Welcome Letter

12/14/2007 - Received 2nd Welcome Letter and Green card!!!

09/23/2010 - Information input in the system/check cashed

09/29/2010 - N-400 receipt received

09/30/2010 - RFE mailed

10/15/2010 - Biometrics appt (@8am) YAY!!!!

11/20/2010 - Received the yellow letter (dated 11/17/2010)

11/30/2010 - Case moved to the Testing & Interview stage (Email)

12/03/2010 - Received interview letter

01/06/2011 - Interview @ 10:15a...APPROVED!

02/12/2011 - Received oath ceremony letter (dated 02/10/2011)

02/18/2011 - Received descheduled oath ceremony letter (dated 2/15/2011)

02/26/2011 - Received new oath ceremony letter

03/02/2011 - Oath Ceremony @ 1:30p (IT'S ABOUT TIME!!!)

03/09/2011 - Oath Ceremony @ 1:30p...FINALLY A CITIZEN!!!

Thank you! That's what I thougth. I am just nervous because of the "lawyer" told me. I know my case is a little bit complicated but still! I would expect that an inmigration lawyer would know what I am talking about after I explain my case to them! Anyway, What's the worst that could happen? Just lose the $680.00 , right? :blush:

E-mail Notification Acceptance Confirmation Received- 03/22/11

Priority Date- 03/17/11

NOA Date- 03/21/11( Received 03/26/11)

Case updated on USCIS website- FP notice sent 03/28/11

FP letter received 03/31/11

FP Appoinment Date 04/20/11 Done!

E-mail notification Scheduled for Interview Received 06/03/11

Interview Letter received 06/10/11 mailed by USCIS on 06/07

Interview Date 07/12/11 PASSED!!!

Oath Ceremony Date 07/22/11 at Federal Plaza NYC

changed to 07/29/11 at 500 Pearl Street( District Court)

due to name change!

You won't lose your money. Stop being nervous & gain some confidence. Study your civics test, answer your questions without divulging more than you need to and you will come out of your interview smiling from ear to ear, wondering why you were nervous in the first place.

The moment you have your Green Card for 5 years, you file under the 5-year rule, no exception. The N-400 process is a mere formality, nothing tricky, nothing difficult, and unless you have been a real bad girl, you can't fail in this.

LOL I haven't been a bad girl at all!! :innocent: . I am just a little bit paranoid because the 2 I 751 filling. I am more than prepared for the English and Civic Test. I am very confident that I know all the questions that they could ask during the interview. Thanks JustBob and bonner for all your help.

:( Getting very anxious now!! My interview is next Tuesday!! Any advice of what documents I should take? I have all the documents I sent for the removing of conditions ( original and copies) ready to go, just in case they ask :star: , also I have the 2010 Tax transcript that I didn't have back then. Also, I am more than ready for the English test, I have review my N400 application. Well, I guess I just need to calm down now...LOL :lol::wacko: !!
