Ok, I send the USCIS the evidence they request for... I've been waiting for an anwear from them for almost three weeks now... I decided to call the USCIS service center number, I wanted to know how many weeks I have to wait for my case to be done, the lady from the service center told me that I have to wait another 60 days... Is that even possible??? It's been 6 months two week since I send my application...

In that case call back again, and obviousely you will talk to someone else and tell that you thought process take only 5 to 6 months after all that is what it says on the USCIS website.

5 to 6 months assuming they filed correctly, which they obviously didn't because they got an RFE. Don't get mad at USCIS for your mistake in the application. They would have either RFE'd you or approved you at the time, and they apparently needed more info so they sent an RFE increasing your wait.

I already did that and they told me that "every case is different, and we don't know how much time each case needs, so you are gonna have to wait.."... :( I think the USCIS service center number is not helpful at all I mean they tell you the same stuff as in the USCIS website...

The representatives do not have much access to information. As you said, they basically read to you the same information you can read for yourself in your USCIS account. You will just have to wait for them to re-adjudicate your petition. This is a process full of wait, wait, wait...
