IR-1 Case - SOS!

Hello Peepz,

I was wondering if you can help me.

My friend, is now in process of their IR-1 and it happened that they forgt to enclosed the most important documents, like marriage license, Passport photo ID G 325A.

In short story they only submitted I-130 form and they received a NOA1 last October 2010.

Now, given the fact that they missed so much documents, is there any way they can do to correct this process??

Is there any way they can send this to follow??

HELP guys....

you should start getting all the other forms filled out, passport copys, passphotots,marriage certificate, have it ready, so when you are sent a RFE letter see what they are asking for, send it to them asap whit the rfe letter,......read the CR-1 GUIDES FIRST,

Best thing is to wait for the RFE asking for the missing documents before sending them on, get them all ready though.

There is nothing to be done other than prepare the documents, and wait to hear from them. Did they even send in the G325a's?
