Evidence of a relationship and marriage since 2008. bills, rent, photos, gifts, chat logs, phone logs.. tons of thos types of things to prove you keep in contact and keep a relationship.

Only problem is you wont be filing for a K-3 because there is no more K-3, you will be filing for a IR-1. You will want to go look at the guides and such.

Unless you posted this in the wrong section (which I think you might have?) then maybe a mod can move it to the right spot for you.

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.

take a look at the instructions for the I-130 - there are 6 different types of evidence that can be submitted.

here's my list - http://www.visajourney.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=218775&st=0&p=3324240&hl=Rusticentry3324240

but note I frontloaded for GUANGZHOU IV - your Embassy IV is a bit different for evaluating bonafide relationship.

*** not a K-3 visa topic, moving to IR-1/CR-1 forum ***

Yes, carefully study the I-130 instructions because there's more supporting documentation required than anybody has mentioned. The "six different types", actually different categories of information mentioned above refers to optional, not "required" documentation that you MAY decide is a good idea to submit one or more of. Do read the information about front loading and make a decision about the optional documentation based on your OWN case.

Bear in mind that the most compelling evidence of a bona fide relationship is what shows the time you've been spending together in the same place. If you've been married since 2008, I would concentrate on evidence of that.
