I also didn't book my medical until I had packet 4 as the instructions are in it. I booked my interview first then called to book the medical to insure that it would be in plenty of time before hand.

How long did it take for a waybill number to be posted?

Had my interview on a thurday, got the email with my waybill number on the following wed, and was ready for pickup on the thursday
