CSC inquiry response to my senator's office

Think for a minute. Has anyone seen a CSC response such as this?

They cannot say approved yet, or give the BS party line, because that ain't gonna fly now. Mark my words, barring problems with the case, Kit will be approved in a matter of days.

I like your thinking and I know this response is better than "the file has been placed in line for processing". But that "in transit" ####### makes me think it will still be some time.

Why couldn't they say it was "in the stupid adjudicator's sweaty hands and he's trying not to spill his dunkin donut's coffe on it"?

I think William is right. Just a hunch, but we'll see.

At some point I suppose positive thinking goes out the window. Kitkat your case has been very poorly handled, but perhaps William has a point this is a unique response. I sure hope so! Good luck!

Kit,

Forget that bad thinking. Although you are most certainly entitled to it!!

With that said, "transit" can happen in 60 seconds, Why? They are in one building.

You have rattled the cage more than anyone and this is the basis of my prediction.

You deserve an approval on the cage rattling alone.

When you get the approval, be sure to announce it "loud and clear".

(GaryC is up to bat!) My new party line!!!

I have gone beyond squeeky wheel right into screaming maniac! I have both Senators and my lawyer making inquiries and still I get nothing that tells me anything! I don't know what to think anymore. I just wish they would touch me. After all the inquiries one would think I would get at least that!

Gary,

I have never gotten a touch based on my "inquiries". I don't even know if the senators and the idiot congressman ever actually made an inquiry before this week (funny how they never return my follow-up calls), or if CSC just refused to respond, or if they gave generic responses as opposed to this one.

Right now I feel like their "response" makes little difference - we've already been so royally screwed and we still have about a 6-9 month wait post interview . . . like I said before, half the people on this board will have newborn babies by the time my fiance steps foot back in this country.

Anyway, you know I'm pulling for you two!
