good afternoon everybody i need help cause i sent to my bf the papers he asked me to send and well i realize afterreading vj that i made a mistake when i filled the form g 325 cause i didnt fill the requirements spaces with NONE or N/A and i sent the form already to him so i would like to know if he can fill the NONE or N/A with his pc cause only that is missing ...do you think can we have a problem if we make it orr what another advice you can give me ...

january 15, 2007: arrived nvc paper with new code and telling they sent papers to Peru in january 5...something crazy because aproval was january 9 ...but well is in peru already .

january 29, 2007: medical exam

february 22, 2007: enterview

february 27, 2007: visa in hand

july 26, 2007 sent papers to Chicago

july 27, 2007 papers received

august 22, 2007 noa

september 10, 2007 biometrics

october 1, 2007 case transfered to california

october 5, 2007 touched

As long as it is your signature on the form, its ok if he adds an answer in that you forgot!

Timeline:

11-15-2005: Sent in I-129F to VSC

11-21-2005: NOA1

11-29-2005: NOA2

12-05-2005: NVC recieved

12-17-2005: Packet 3 received from Dublin

1-11-2006: Sent packet 3 forms, etc. to Dublin

2-03-2006: Interview Date :)APPROVED!!!

2-05-2006: Flying to Logan Airport

2-11-2006: Wedding Date

3-14-2006: Filed AOS and EAD

3-22-2006: NOA1 (AOS and EAD)

4-07-2006: Biometrics

6-07-2006: EAD approved!!

7-24-2006: AOS Interview APPROVED!!!

7-27-2006: Received Welcome to America letter

8-03-2006: Green Card Received :)

I left a question out as well..but I re-did and re-mailed the forms cos I did mine handwwritten and it would look odd with two different styles of handwriting..if you did yours by PC the first time then there's no way they could tell you didn't enter it right first off.

Applied for K1

Met online 2001 - just aquaintances

Sept 2002 - 1st US visit - everything goes perfectly.

Dec 20th - Forms recev'd at CSC

Dec 27th - NOA1 received by snail mail!

Dec 29th - 'Touched'

March 10 2006 - NOA2!

March 23 - recv'd at NVC

March 24 - petition sent to London

April 9th - Pkt 3 rec'd!

May 17th - Pkt 3 signed for at London Embassy

May 24th - Medical

May24th - Pkt 4

June 14th - Interview 10am - APPROVED 1pm!!

June 16th - Visas received in my hot little hands 1pm :)

July 19th - flying to US!

July 27th - Married!! :-)

Aug 7th - Applied for SSN in married name

Aug 9th - SSN received

I would add that if he fills these fields by hand - it should also be Ok - as in when you leave a box blank and fill it by hand afterwards. Good Luck
