Interesting. It seems that those people who actually sent in the Western Union receipts with the I-129f never had a problem. I guess it's not really a red flag at the Consulate based upon your experiences. I believe the reason being is that it's ok to help your fiance with a little money especially when going through the visa process. It's difficult for our So's to try to get days off from work to fullfill all of the requirements. My Fiance is the same age as me and I didn't need to buy her love, I've already had it long ago. I would prefer to send her a little money that I can easily afford rather than her working to make only $200 a month. Even knowing we are apart right now, I still want to spend as much time as possible talking with her and seeing her on the video call cam. If she had to work then we would never have time to talk. The money I make in one day would take her a month to make. She is my Fiance and soon to be wife so I see no problem with this and the consulate shouldn't have a problem either.

my fiance included money transfer receipts in the i-129f. we never got an RFE. the consular officer didnt ask to see the evidences i brought with me to the interview. and visa was approved! got my visa in 8 days. money transfer receipt is a very good proof for manila consulate

Not really for a K1 visa applicant. It is for those who are already married.

My experience is more of the Filipino screener questioning me of not having any receipts or packages from my fiancee.

This is my personal opinion, the filipino screeners expect all of the filipina fiancee get money from american fiancee. And its very unusual for them to encounter a filipina not asking money from USC.

My fiancee, now hubby, could afford to send me money but its a personal choice not to get support from him.

I would say just keep it.

When they ask about it, then thats the time to show it.
