later on the day i got email from nvc for choice of agent and to pay for aos!!!!!!!!!

what's wierd that i got an beneficiary id number? what's that about?

Hello, all. This is my first post in VJ.

We are July filer with priority date July 19. Our petition was transferred from CSC to TSC on Nov 3. The last touch was on Nov 24. After then, absolutely nothing happened. We tried many ways to get response on status and we just received generic message. We will get into 8th month within few days. Really really hope to get approval before teh end of this month (Feb).

According to our protocol, we respond to inquiries made by the petitioners. However, we will have an action taken on this case by the end of February. Hope this helps.

Grats on the IIN! The beneficiary ID number is for those doing online forms. But El Salvador isn't eligible for that, so you don't have to worry about that number.

I ask myself that same question nearly everyday!!

If you're last update indicated you were transferred from Cali to Texas, there's a good chance you may be sent back to CSC again because of the TSC issues (but maybe not...). I received notification today that I was sent back to CSC,,,but no update yet to my status on the uscis website. If I had not submitted a Service Request a few days back, I doubt I would have received the notification and would still be sitting in the dark like a shroom !

hey saylin i got the choice of agent by email how would i return it completed to them and do i the petitioner fill it out or does my wife the beneficiary fills it out. cuz i know she has to sign it and would she have to mail it through regular snail mail or can she scan it and email it to them?

Ignore this person please, do not reply to them...you dont want to feed the trolls. Although this is quite amusing, we should put an end to these antics right away because we are all going through a long visa process, while this person is not going through anything. Just another loner on the internet.

That is just CRUEL. I really don't understand why some people do the things they do.... Completely uncalled for.
