not signed into any portal, and do we send the ds-3032 or can it be emqailed? totaly lost now this is upon us

who do we tell that we want to be the persons that deal with this, and not a lawyer/attorney?

The payment portal is: https://ceac.state.gov/CTRAC/Invoice/signon.aspx That's where you pay bills.

Yes, the DS-3032 can be emailed. That's how most people here do it. You can find the template and instructions here: http://www.visajourney.com/wiki/index.php/Email_DS-3032_form

These are the only dates I'm concerned with on my spreadsheet: NOA2, date NVC assigned a case number, date AOS package was sent, date IV package was sent, and case complete date. Don't care about any other dates :P But grats on having your AOS accepted kicking.gif

i know there aren't many of us left on this thread but you're not alone. i can't believe its been so long and you've heard nothing. i hope you do soon. we are still waiting too for our rfe and it seems to be taking forever for a reply. lets pray for some good progress next week - fingers crossed!

Yes... 8 months is entirely too long. You need to contact USCIS. If you don't have any luck with that.... then you need to contact the USCIS Ombudsman at: OLUInquiries@dhs.gov

Me I'm still strugling with NVC, they made a mistake with my girls' file again, TSC is a bad carma. Thinks went back to normal last Wed, Monday hubby will ship the packet.

This process is too long, something has got to change, they destroy people's life.
