Almost a week after i replied to RFE, still no approval for me. what should i do now?

I just called NVC.. my case was transfered to NVC on FEB 17th... Still no Case # yet...

the rep told me that they just received my case and they will contact me in about 4-6 weeks...

i hope they dont take that long...

do not worry... they told me the same thing a day before and then next day.. my NVC case # was assigned.. just keep calling

so, is it my understanding that of the 36,000 of us that were sent to TSC from CSC,AND THEN THE CERTAIN PERCENTAGE OF US THAT WERE RETURNED TO csc, DO WE COUNT IN THE TSC percentage that they have told us they have reduced, or what !!!!!i would love to know, and im also just wondering how many of us in the VJ family here are left from each service center,,,are there more aprovals getting out of CSC or tsc,

and most of all, why are we still waiting to be approved..

i need to be a different color so saylin can keep up the good work,

I ASK BECAUSE, I SENT THE ds3032 last saturday, and i just called to the NVC to check if they got my email, and the person who pick up, ask , "how" i told him "ohh i send the ds3032" he start screaming at me , and ask me, why you send it, we ask you to do that, he dont even let me speak. he told me , " you know this could delay your process right" that man was totally insane .

Don't worry, i've also heard that it can delay the process but most of us here have done that....

Just give them a few days and they will email you about the acceptance of the DS-3032

I also emailed my COA last friday and i do expect to hear from them before he end of the week

Once they accepted the COA the IV Packet will be invoiced

Just got yesterday an email that our petitions are on initial review. What is going on, we have the NOA2 since 17 February and 10 days after we get this email? that is insane. We don't understand anything at this point. :bonk:

Touched again today, but still sitting on Initial Review. Not to worry! The deceptive blue-dot-polka dance won't worry me today! There's a lot going on at the USCIS today! Big things will happen for many!! Woooot

NEVER LOSE HOPE: that is normal i have my case number from NVC , AND my status on uscis is initial review .

one's you got you approved email or notice , your case do not have nothing to dill with uscis anymore, so don't worry about this updates , now worry about important thing , like getting the right papers and case update from NVC.
