I believe I've come to the conclusion that TSC is run by a bunch of monkeys who press random buttons that make some people's cases go backwards on the USCIS website.

It was approved last Wed, I waw feeling so miserable those later days, and the Monkeys knew I was approved

I fired off an email to the Visa Unit at the US Embassy in Bangkok to get some clarification on what my next step is. To me this isn't clear? Has our petition been forwarded to the Embassy or just a request? From the Congressional Liaison at NVC:

Thank you for your email dated February 22, 2011. The National Visa Center (NVC) received the immigrant visa petition filed by Wade Scott Grant on behalf of Kampong Pinongram and assigned case number BNK**********. The attached expedite request was forwarded to the U.S. Embassy in Bangkok, Thailand for review. Mr. Grant will be notified when a response is received.

I hate this whole damn process, such a cluster f**k.

The Monkeys, besides pushing random buttons for people, are also very slow on sending approval letters. Four days later you find out you're approved. Silly Monkeys

It seems like NVC received your expedite request and they're now sending it to the embassy and they'll approve or deny your expedite. If it's approved, NVC will be notified and send your case along to the embassy.

I just received a text message to check my case status.

Hard copy: Feb. 18-2011- It stated they mailed it to NVC on Feb 15,2011

I called NVC operator on Feb. 24, 2011, They said they had the i130 but it was not in the system yet.

Still waiting for our #.
