i got approved on 17 Feb,2011 and they shipped it to NVC on 18 Feb,2011 as per email i got.No i dont have NV # yet

We have the same approval date, and from NVC we do not have also case number. Let me now when yours will be assigned and I will do the same.

I HAVE A QUESTION.....I VE BEEN MARRIED 2 TIMES BEFORE A GET MARRIED WITH MY HUSBAND, I GOT MY GREEN CARD LAST YEAR I ONLY SEND ONE DIVORCE CERTIFICATE AND THEY DID ASK ME FOR THE LAST ONE.

NOW , IN THE BIRTH CERTIFICATE OF MY YOUNGEST DAUGHTER SAYS IN MY STATUS MARRIED...THAT MEANS THAT I WAS MARRIED WITH HER FATHER....I HAVE THE DIVORCE CERTIFICATE , BUT WHAT YOU GUYS THINK, MAYBE THEY ASK ME WHY I DIDNT SAY NOTHING IN MY INTERVIEW OR THAT GETS ME PROBLEMS?...I REALLY THINK THIS DOESNT HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH THE G.C OF MY DAUGHTER BUT YOU NOW HOW THEY ARE.

What exactly is the question? Do you have a green card already or are you filing for your daughter? Did you get a RFE? What is your question and what is the problem?

i have my green card already..

my husband is the petitioner for my daughter.

the question is , if i take with me the divorce certificate , the case is gonna be ok? i didnt send divorce certificate for my case

I wrote an e-mail to TSC follow up and they just called me back that my case was shipped on february 18, 2011 and that I should get something by mail. I called NVC and they told me that my case just got there but it is not in their system yet. No case # yet but I'm happy its there!! Best of luck evey one. Let's keep each other posted. We have the same situation. I was told by Ms. Barrows that it was approved 2/17 (no notification nor online status change) and shipped 2/18 to NVC... and i just called NVC and was told that they already have it but no NVC# yet

I am so thankful that i'm out of TSC.. Ms. Barrows was such a great help.

Sure thing..have you prepared all the requirements of AOS package...r u using any shortcuts by VJ..m the beneficiary dont know much about the taxation system in US,since we filed in 2010,the 2009 is the tax year and 2010 is the assessment year for which we have to submit all returns?.However,i got what sarah told foreverandever about getting the inn number and paying the fee bill...i am guiding my wife since m only following VJ proactively and i drafted all the letters to congressman and to other service center officials...I dont want to waste a single second in NVC..

All the documents are ready to be sent, but first must obtain case number, IIN and give them emails. Just got of the phone with NVC and our case is not in the system yet. Maybe later today or tomorrow. By the way I'm also the beneficiary, and doing the same thing like you since my wife is working 6 by 7 days. Do you have your case number from the AVR? I'm happy that Bucharest Embassy is not busy at all and after CC will be 25-35 days till interview.
