Manila embassy question

My Fiance has already passed her interview. They told her she only needed to submit an additional form by courier and everything would be approved. Ten days later no answer or visa delivery. I am very antsy as it has been such a long wait. I have tried to call the embassy and ask the status with no luck. Is there a number I can call or do we just wait, sorry to be so impatient but this is stress full.

Did the embassy gave her a white paper that tells her what documents she needs to submit? does she have the 221(g).

It happened to me when i had my K1 interview. They didnt tell me i was approved but gave me the white paper instead which lead me wondering and worrying for a month until i got my visa in the mail exactly a month after my interview.

Ours took about three weeks after she delivered the missing form in person. When the clerk accepts the form, it goes into the stack of visa applications that were missing forms. When they get to it, they will approve it and print the visa. At least thats what they told my wife seven months ago. She was missing an NBI clearance from a misspelled middle name on her birth certificate. After about three weeks the visa showed up by courier.
