OK!

So, another packet 3 question! I am getting this all together and have a few questions.

http://montreal.usconsulate.gov/content/content.asp?section=visas&document=visa_pkt3

I basically just send everything listed here right?

And I send everything listed here as well?

http://www.visajourney.com/content/k1guide

I send in my police record check, my fiance's letter of intent, his I-134 Affidavit of Support and copies of his pay stubs? Is this correct?

Is it possible to get a digital copy of your passport photos for us in the DS-160?

I honestly don't know why I am having such a hard time understanding this. I think I just have so much going on right now and I don't want to make any mistakes. Sorry for asking a lot of questions about this. I am about ready to send it in, I just have to finish the DS-160 and get anything from my fiance that I need to send along.

I think you need to re-read the checklist, most of the items you are supposed to bring with you to the interview.

The only thing I sent them was the checklist filled out and the DS-160 online.

medical, police report, I-134 and supporting documents, birth cert, DS-160 full copy and confirmation page printouts and the other forms - all thos things I brought to the interview with me. They asked for each part 1 by 1 at the window and put it into my giant file they had.

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.

Ok. I thought I had to send everything that was in the list in the first link I posted. That is what I understood.

What about the DS-230 and I-156/I-154K? Are they brought to the interview or sent in? I don't see them on the checklist.

So only the checklist and the DS-160 are to be mailed back?

All you need to send is the signed checklist, a copy of the confirmation page of the DS 160 and a printed copy of it, the DS 230, 156, and 156K. All other documents the ask for you to take to the interview with you. They are on the checklist so that you are confirming that you will have them at the time of interview.

Good Luck
