Just got approved and have 3 questions!!!

I have been reading this forum for a while and decided to register only now. Reason - my wife got approved today (I 130).

We are october aplicants.

1. My question is - What now, what are our next steps in next 20 days ????

When do i call to get NVC Case# ?? Now? Or i wait couple of days? Or i wait for that number to get mailed to me?

Is this correct NVC number - 603-334-0700 ?

2. Second, when i get that case number is the next step to Email DS-3032 (Choice of Agent) ? If i email it to them , and dont hear anything back for them then do i jus wait for that form to get in the mail?

3. And last, what do u think how many days from now i will send IV Packet and AOS? Im asking this cuz i still dont have all required docs from my wife.

And then, when we are going to do DS-3032 (Choice of Agent) ? Only afer receiving case number? ANd after emailing it, how do we now they received it and process it?

My understanding is that we go to NVC online payment system to see AOS and IV fee are generated ONLY AFTER they have received Choice of Agent form, am i correct?

You have to call NVC and talk to an operator, ask for your case and IIN numbers, also give them your emails. Once you get your case and IIN numbers, you'll be able to go

to payment portal and sign in with your case and IIN numbers to pay AOS fee. After that you can email and if you have, send in hard copy of ds-3032.

our cases were assigned NVC case numbers 15 days after USCIS's approval. Think i called them 2-3 days after the case #s were assigned and provided parents and my email addresses . This was received 5 days after ALONG with the Invoice to pay the AOS fee.

You can call them ANY time after approval and provide them your USCIS case number the operate CAN tell you if the case was scanned in or if it was opened as yet.

** You have to wait for the Invoice/Bill that will contain your invoice # that you must use along with the NVC case number before you can pay the bill. You can email your DS-3032 or send it in the form.

Call NVC few times, they'll give it to you.
