In a plastic bag and paper clip it to the spot you list it in on your cover page.

Print the photos on computer paper and lable them on there and put them in the packet where you lable them to be on your cover letter.

Paper clip the whole packet together with one giant paper clip.

Do not waste money on folders etc, they remove everything and put it in their own folder. Anything you pay for to make it fancy gets thrown away.
