I too have been there, done that and I am so very very happy, I was able to get her to sign the divorce papers/agreement, when she was just interested in going home, as I know if I would have waitied, she would have made it much more diffcult for me, mostly trying to get some dollars, from me

If i divorce her here she wil be out of status i think and i don't want a forced deporatation.Just get the divorce and she catch her flight back home.

Simple..just fly her back the day you two sign the final divorce decree.

A long as she still has her greencard and it isnt expired, she has status even if she is divorced from him. I would just make sure that he takes her to the airport and sees her off.

States vary, but some do not require that both parties show up to the dissolution hearing. (In our state if it is uncontested they call it dissolution)

So if she really wants to go back badly then check your state laws. She may be able to go home the minute she signs the papers, and won't have to wait for a hearing.

If it's over 90 days you don't get your money back on Philipina returns though. With an exchange you just pay the restocking fee. Kidding, of course.
