Hello.

I submit my ROC last Jan 20, 2011 and I recieved my first notice last Jan 24, 2011. I'm confuse why they are asking for tax return, rental agreement, copy of insurance policy.I already submitted everything. Does anyone here had the same problem as mine? What did you do? Does the removal of condition will take long if there is a discrepancy or problem? Please help.

Hello!

What is the exact wording you got...

usually, it will say something like, if you have not done so, please provide supporting documents... but if you already did... no more worries.

That's normal.. the same as mine.

Thanks for your help and congratulation you got youre 10 years green card. I didnt received any notification from uscis but my lawyer got one. My situation is very complicating thats why I hired an atty. If I knew visajourney first I should not hired an atty. This website is very helpful. Anyway, he told me not to send anymore documents that uscis asking for because we already filed those documents. I also ask him how come he received a notification and I dont. Is it possible if I could call the customer service to send me a notification so I could have a copy. How long did you wait until you got your 10 years green card? How's the interview? Please let me know. Again, thank you.

If you sent everything, a package with proof along with your forms, you're fine. My NOA1 has that too. Don't worry!

Good luck :star:

Thanks for youre help.
