Hi Everyone, So I'm starting to research filing the N400... I am going to file in April at some point, do I have to list every day out of the country? basicly for 3 years I have travelled to Canada about every 6-8 weeks..finding the exact dates could be challenging(sometimes I flew..sometimes driving)..I remember when I filed my K1 my attorney simply put I visited the USA every 6-8 weeks(but she eventually proved to be a dumb ####..lol ) so I don't know how specific I need to be

Thank you in advance for any help

check your paasport stamps ..thats if they stamped your canada passport ..my understanding at one time canada citizens didnt always have there pp stamped.

But have a look that might give you a better idea..

also check previous bank statement and credit cards ..follow the money as they say....that also will help you puszle your dates in...

I don't think the uscis is going to hold you to the nearest day but aslong as you have tryed and being honest as possible they would respect that..

so yep last 3 yrs of travel or..all travel since you became a p.r.

Speaking of passport stamps, do you have to show proof to support the dates you write in N400? I still have a while to file for N400, but thinking if i have to keep copies of my passport's pages with stamps, just incase I lose my passport or whatever? Do they ask for proof of entry-exit dates?

Yes I have yet to ever get a passport stamp entering into Canada or leaving back into the US. What I did is I just estimated. The interview officer just asked me about how often I'd went back there. He stated he wasn't worried about going back to visit and such considering it's pretty common for people to do as it's close by...

Thank you Warlord..I have been trying to dig back through my emails..but I can't figure everything out exactly..but like I said..every 6-8 weeks I go back ..so I can at least give a very good estimate.
