rfe for casier judiciare

Timeline

We had an rfe in december for a missing casier judiciare....well the nvc finally got in on january 7, and they just finished reviewing it today, and they said it is the wrong paper....IT IS NOT THE WRONG PAPER! What am I supposed to do?? The operator kept telling me the review said it was the wrong document....please help me!

Is it the same document he presented when you attempted the previous visa?

not sure what you are asking...Yes, it is the same two police records he needed for the K1, but of course they are recent ones....he just got the casier judiciare in december....but I see that his police record expired on jan 19....will they request a new one for nvc again, or just need a new one for interview?
