The NVC usually doesn't keep cases very long before sending them to the consulate.

Can you contact the consulate and see if they have it (or if they can verify if it was sent)?

Don't wait, CALL them. All you need to give is your receipt # to the NVC, then if it has been processed, NVC can give you your MNL case #

NVC - 1 (603) 334-0700

Manila Embassy - (632) 528-6300 ext. 5184

I understand, waiting can be depressing. Take care!

I'm in the same boat. But a bit longer. Approved July 25. 1 month 4 days since approval. WTH is going on at NVC. I tried calling my embassy but they couldnt help me since I dont have the GUZ#. Calling NVC doesnt really help because they will tell me again and again that I should wait 90 days. And if it dont come in 90 days call them again and they will figure out whats going on. Pffft. All I want to know where exactly is my K1. Lost or sitting on some fat slobs desk..

Well, whenever I called the NVC .. they told me that they don't hold the K1 petitions there for long. Its like soon they receive it .. they assign a case number and send it to the embassy.
