Hello

Denice sure blew me to NVC swift trip thru NVC and expedite was be done Tuesday I-864 So nice to use the attorney no need to assign agent attorneys already the agent for you who’s using a lawyer. I see that some approvals are trickling along since last week.

Val and Gary after me and like 3 or 4 since mine the 24th. Although they were closed a few days for weather TSC, she was able to at least get mine sent to NVC Monday 31st. With the expedite in progress I should be done in 9 days total by Thursday the 9th next week and makes the interview date sooner. Kyiv has not many ahead of me. Thank

God he blessed me to get me done after USCIS in Washington and the help of Denice

got all going with the help of my attorney & Bill at TSC who got my expedite approved and Denice my approval done so fast.

Hopefully you all will move along soon any time and be approved also, can’t rush them, if you do they will just put you to the bottom of the stack. Don’t make waves unless you need. But better don’t make any problems for yourself.

Keep you all in prayers and Wade Semper Fi dude hang in there get some rest, let the LORD work and let up on your efforts.

Remember the old saying! ALL GOOD THINGS COME IN TIME ! ! ! !

The more waves could make it more problems also. Don’t pissed them off at TSC

If you do they won’t get around to processing your I-130 in any hurry and when they are ready, Than they will.

It’s not fair what happened but why make it any more problems for your self

FOR WHAT. They just look and probably just laughing at us all anyway.

They at TSC aren’t worth the hassle really.

Trust in the LORD. There is a reason for everything he makes and does.

Believe in faith it will guide you and things will begin to happen for you.

Go TSC GET THEM APPROVED NOW..

I said get them done ASAP with the help of the LORD !

Thanks. Would you please tell me how long it takes to reach our case to NVC. When were you approved and what is your status on USCIS website? IS it post decision activity too? IS not that that post activity suppose to mean case sent to NVC? Sorry, lot of question. You have been the great help for me. Thanks

Yes, our status is Post Decision activity too, and will remain that way. Normally, it takes around 5 days for the approval to be sent from the service center to the NVC. Unfortunately, the Texas Service Center is taking around 40 days to send the approved petitions to the NVC. Unless they speed up, all of us have at least another month to wait before we get our NVC case numbers.

Unlike the California Center, it seems that Texas are emailing and texting us when our file is on its way to the NVC. This is reflected under post decision activity as well.

So, don't worry, we're approved, you're approved, but it's still going to take some time to get out of Texas and on to the NVC.

i think it all depends on the service center, based on some complaints here it looks like it is taking longer if you are at TSC.

Usually i think a week or less. call NVC and find out if they have received it yet.

Then what do they write in approval notice? do they write that we have shipped this case to NVC and now you have deal with NVC directly ?

Actually I meant for the snail mail. What does TSC write in the snail mail (hard copy of NOA2) then ? do they mention that case is already shipped or going to be shipped or any other ####### ?

It actually says on the NOA2 -

The above petition has been approved. We have sent the original visa petition to the Department of State National Visa Center (NVC)' 32 Rochester Avenue, Portsmouth, NH 03801-2909. NVC processes all approved i!T'.migrant visa petitions that need consular action. It also determines which consular post is the appropria~e consulate to complete visa processing. NVC will then forward the approved petition to that consulate.

THIS is an interesting statement. I didn't realise it said this:

The NVC will contact the person for whom you are petitioning(beneficiary) concerning further immigrant visa processing steps.

Which is untrue, because they haven't sent it, or at least, NVC haven't received it. I'd be interested to know if everyone's NOA2 says the same.

Don't compute time-line from my experience. I received my hard-copy of NOA2 in the mail on 11/29. (approved on 11/23). It said: "The above petition has been approved. We have sent the original visa petition to the Department of State, National Visa Center (NVC)...............". I waited until Monday after Thanksgiving, and gave NVC a call (one of many). Nothing!! NVC told me to wait 15 business days. I did. Still nothing. On 12/22, I called USCIS, and a tier 2 (human) took all my info, and said he would send an email in an effort to find out what was going on with my case. About a week later I received a letter from TSC dated 11/23 which stated: "Your application was ordered approved in November; however, the processing is not complete. The application has not been transferred to the National Visa Center, and the approval letter has not been sent. A request has been made to the adjudicating officer to complete the processing of this application." SO, here I sit, 76 days since my NOA2, and still no NVC case nr. My status on the USCIS website has not changed from Initial Review.
