I am not sure if this has anything to do with it or not, but I did request for my case to be expedited, but I never received an answer. The day after the service request was open, I was approved.

Five minutes ago, I received the official email from the NVC, with the Choice of Agent form, with my Hhusbands name, barcode NVC case #, and a separate email with the PAOS I-130 which is to pay the Affidavit $88.00..... I will be paying today.....

hey saylin,

i just called NVC , looks like i might have my NVC number sooon. The operator said we are entering it in the system as we speak. so u can call back after sometime. I will update as soon as i get it. Will call them in couple hours.

Quick Question :-

Once I have NVC Case # & Invoice Identification Number, wait for their email . Once I have the DS-3032 email from them. Should i just go ahead and email them the DS-3032 email ? Also I do have the physical copy of the form , should i send tat also. Or just the Email is good enough. Should I attach the copy of it or just email in correct format should be good enough.

Appreciate your Help !!!

If you get NVC# and offical email next day certainly it is expedite!

Did you ask expedite due to delay in USCIS?

Is AVR said different once you have receive the offical NVC email? The

reason I am asking since I received NVC and INN# yesterday and not

heard anything from NVC but I entered NVC web site with MVC#

and it says candidate should send DS-3032 so just emailled it!

Did I do too early? AVR still saying NVC# when I call!

You can go ahead and send the email. No, you don't attach a copy of the DS-3032, just follow the template for the email.

I sent my IV packet today! :dancing: I know you're doing EP so it might be different. But is there anything else I need to do?! Do I have to send for DS 2001 to the consulate so they know that my hubs needs an interview or is that only for K1? I didn't realize before that VJ is dedicated so much to K-1 finance visas. Thanks. Now that you've sent all your packets, you're done! Just sit back and relax for your SIF and CC. Never heard of the DS 2001, so that's gotta be a K1 thing.
