It looks to me like they're not saying that another police certificate is definitely required, but rather that you need to fill in the gaps in your residence history, and if any of those newly filled in periods of residency require a police certificate (i.e. if you lived in another country for more than 12 months), you'll need to send police certificates for those countries. If they are actually requesting a specific police certificate, they'll tell you which countries they need them from (that's what they did on my RFE). Good luck!

i'm going to renew my NBI clearance just to make sure .. and also I've noticed that i had a mistakes on filling up the address and dates .. can i put "NONE" in province? cuz i lived in city not in province..

city/Town = Camarin,Caloocan city

Province = NONE

Country = Philippines

I'm not sure about the best way to put down addresses in the Philippines (someone else can probably help you with that), but I think it's probably fine to put down "N/A" for the province if you have nothing to write there. On our DS-230, for addresses in countries that are not split into provinces, we wrote down the county name under the province section, and it was totally fine.

Oh, just to clarify, I put down the COUNTY, not the COUNTRY (I know, it's easy to miss the difference ), under province. So for example, for my husband's hometown, I put:

City or Town: Harrogate

I just checked DHL and I see that there is a shipment going to Paraguay!! I must assume that it is mine since I haven't seen anything going there since I've been checking for weeks. Excitement!!

Update: AVR has finally updated! Case shipped out on 4/15/11. Good times!

Awesome! I've seen a couple of packages going to the UK this week, but I imagine there are a lot, so it would be nice to get an update on the AVR!

Caloocan is not under any provincial government (like Zambales where my wife lives). I think I would put Camarin, Caloocan City, Metro Manila, Philippines. Use the appropriate ZIP for where you live in Caloocan (North or South)

That's probably a false RFE (I got the same thing). It just means that they processed the DS-230 before the AOS. For me, they processed my AOS before the visa app and sent me the same kind of email.

my husband didn't include AOS form when he sent the aos pack to nvc.. he sent the form after a week ago. maybe nvc didn't receive the form..

Ohhhh, I see- it just takes a couple of days for them to match up the form to the case, that's all. Give it a few more days and then call to see if they've reviewed it. Remember, neither the I-864 nor the DS-230 actually shows up in the system for the operator to see until it's been reviewed.
