how i will know that my case has left NVC ?

I'm not sure, but I believe the AVR updates to when it has left. I've been calling the AVR a few times a day, but it's still on the case complete message.

The best way to know though is calling an operator up. I'll be calling an operator up later myself to see if my case has left and on its way to the US Consulate in Montreal.

I'm glad the article is finally up! I just read it and have to say, it was very touching. This system is indeed broken and I love what you said at the end of the article: ""I think if they fixed the problems with legal immigration it would alleviate the illegal immigration problem." How true...

grrr...my mom used blue ink to fill out the I-864...do you think this will be a problem? When I look at the I-864 instructions, it says Use black ink...

I think you should be fine. If they have a problem with filling a form out in blue ink, well, I'd be shocked.

Great article! I don't know why it took them soooo long to print. I wish they had listened and printed sooner.

Thank you Wade!

yeah...now they can respond to the article and say how they implemented a rapid response plan and everyone was approved within a matter of months. I am sure they will fail to tell the truth that people were 2-3 months beyond their 5 month processing time when that plan finally happened.

Wade, I'm trying to get your article out there. I posted it on my own blog about immigration, as well as my Facebook and Twitter. I hope this news article spreads like the plague and opens people's eyes to the reality of legal immigration.

Just called an operator at NVC now. According to operator John, it was sent out today, March 28. The AVR hasn't updated yet though. Most likely tomorrow. I've noticed it takes a day or two after an event for it to appear on the AVR.

Ditto on that. I think Wade has been a shining example, and a true fighter. He epitomises what we will all do to be with our loved ones.

It's a great article, and I hope and pray the message spreads to the heart of government. I would NOT want anyone else to go through what this group have been through.

Hey Alex, congrats also on what you're achieving. It is finally starting to come together for us all. good.gif
