Here's the thread: http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/194465-how-to-track-your-case-from-nvc-to-embassy/

You have to wait till NVC ships your case and get that date. I believe the AVR updates to reflect when it was shipped, but not sure.

You can ask for a supervisor when you call an operator. They might be of more help than the regular operator. There's no way to talk to the officers that actually review your case as far as I know.

Case Complete at NVC

I want to say thank you to everyone on this forum! Truly an amazing site. If it wasn't for you I wouldn't have any support in this whole process and I would have been ABSOLUTELY clueless on what steps to take. My marriage certificate was accepted (ha I knew I was right!) and if it wasn't for VJ I wouldn't have had the idea to send repeated emails, email the embassy, call everyday etc. until my case was complete. I am truly blessed to have you all and this website for support. Thank you again!!!!!!!!!! (F)(L)

Also I called this morning and the man literally read what was on the screen "unfortunately ma'am the cases for april are filled, you can call back the 3rd week of april as appts are scheduled the 2nd week......." Anyway I need a break from them and I am truly just so thankful again!

Congrats Sarah et luc

Congrats to all with CC's- Sarah, Foreverandever, and babaa!!:dance: End of this journey is near!

Hope we all have our CC's soon. Wouldn't it be nice when the time comes that we are already posting that our families are here?

Regards on your schedule for interview, Saylin. By the way, It would be nice if you make "SAYLIN'S BREEZE TO NVC"- you have familiarized yourself very well with the immigration process!

I hate RFEs and making them believe its original is the hardest part. They think everywhere is like the U.S. I'm sure there are dozens of countries who still write certificates by hand. In some countries the parents don't even notify the government about their children being born till they get to school age than writing down whatever day they want.
