AVR is telling me that a pack of info and documents was created on 8 March and that will be sent to us in few weeks. What it means? We have sent AOS and DS-230 already to them.

It means nothing. Ignore it. AVR will change when they start review.

So Anyone from India tryin to get PCC...

i asked my wife to get one and they told her that she will need somekind of letter from NVC that PCC is required for her...

so till now i havent received any mail/e-mail stating that...

what to do...

i have already paid AOS and Packet IV fees....

but still no email for any information on Packet IV...

anyone have any idea...

Yes, not more then 2 weeks for you :)

Operator said that they schedule interviews during second week of the every month for the next month. We were told call next week to find out if we get april appointment or not, if not then will have to wait May. I doubt we caught April since Moscow Embassy used to be busy.

Seems like you are from Gujrat. I have read many people from Gujrat face this problem and many people have simply stated in their cover letter (that goes with IV packet) as to why they are not able to submit Passport PCC with IV packet (because Gujrat passport office wants a checklist or an interview letter) and request they waive this requirement at this time and also write that you will have it at your interview in Mumbai.

Wow life has been real busy with my sick mom and I haven't been on here in a few days...

CONGRATS to all that are moving right along...Saylin and Timosha big CONGRATS woo-hoo soon an interview...

I think mine is almost finished I tried to login and I did get SIF but the AVR still says they are sending my package so I will have to wait all weekend then call Monday to find out if it is done (I hope so)

Question to anyone...if I had a RFE would it tell me before or after this message. I'm pretty sure I sent everything but I'm so nervous I can see the finish line and would be crushed for another obstacle.

Did you receive the DS-230 information package? That's what it's referring to I believe.

I'd call ASAP on Monday to find out if you have a CC! And don't worry about the AVR, they're usually a few days behind. It took two days after my SIF for the AVR to reflect I had a CC.

I still think it's possible for an RFE since the AVR is just saying they've RECEIVED your DS-230. But I think it's safe to say you got no RFEs for your AOS package. They just have to review your DS-230 now, and then case complete in a few days, possibly next week yes.gif
