My situation;

I live in London, my boyfriend lives in Texas (hes in the army). We met in person for the first time in October. I will be flying to New York & so will he for our 2nd meeting in 4weeks.

Were engaged & want to marry in the US (Ill be the one moving to Texas). Im going to stay with him for 90days in the summer & then we'll be sorting the marriage.

Does anyone know what visa ill need? & the chances of me being accepted. Hes in the army so him supporting me will be fine.

You have a few choices. You can file the K-1 fiance visa which will save you some time because you can file today. OR you can file the spousal visa after you marry. However, you'll have to return home if you marry this summer

You will be wanting a K-1 (travel to US as a fiance and marry here) or K-3 (marry in London and then arrive as a spouse). Check out this comparison chart for further details. http://www.visajourney.com/content/compare

Once you have settled on one go to the FAQs and read up on what you're getting into. It feels like a really long and all consuming process but (I think) it's worth it! I recommend also checking in with the group, everything you need to know to do it yourself is in this site somewhere.

Except that K-3 is a dead visa. Proper recomendation would be for a Cr-1 visa
