does anyone here getting atty. for the k1 process? just curious.. :blink:

This is mainly a self-help, DIY type site. It's unlikely you'd get a fair sampling of people using a lawyer for the K-1 process. Most people here would probably recommend not using a lawyer unless you have major problems or issues with your case. I'm sure someone else can come up with examples of what would be "major" problems or issue.

We got Marc Ellis for our second pass after the consular officer withheld the visa because my husband couldn't tell details of my classified work. We figured after filing an attempted espionage claim they wouldn't be happy to see us again.

This will not be over quickly. You will not enjoy this.
