Previous visa Cancelled without prejudice

A long time ago I applied to get a student visa which was denied but I also I had a valid tourist visa which was stamped with "Canceled without prejudice" Do you think that would affect my fiance visa? I didn't commit any crime, didn't do anything wrong and never overstayed a visa. I think the consul suspected I had intentions to immigrate and stay in the US since I traveled there several times even when I tried to convinced him I wanted to come back to my country he didn't believe me. I'm worried that a previous denial and a visa canceled would affect the K1.

Nope, prior Non immigrant visa denials and cancellations will not affect a K1 petition unless the prior visa denials had to do with inadmissabilities that would get a K1 also denied. If prior denials had to do with suspected immigrant intent and no evidence showing no intent, then NO it would not cause a problem for K1.

K1 has immigrant intent so is handled by immigrant visa unit, not Non immigrant unit.
