I wanted to let everyone know that the mail service is not the best right now in England. I was told that the London sent out packet 3 letter to my fiance on November 16th and then his police clearance was sent out December 30th. He has yet to receive both of them.

Able to apply to remove conditions 12-Feb-2012

Glad im not the only one still waiting on Christmas cards that were sent on 10th December maybe I will get them by this Christmas :rofl:

Removal of Conditions

09/03/2012 - Window opens

10/03/2012 - Mailed I-751 via USPS Priority Mail

10/05/2012 - Arrived @ VSC

09/19/2012 - NOA1 dated (actually received 11/7/12)

12/11/2012 - Biometrics taken

12/03/2012 - Conditional Green Card expires

Yeah that's odd! My fiance and a friend each sent things to me in the States in Nov and Dec and they never arrived. My family also never received a Christmas card.

We never received a P3, nor did a few other couples I've spoken to. Don't wait for it, you don't have to. If you've confirmed that it's been "sent" out just send back your forms. That's what we did.

That said, his interview letter got to him in a timely manner.

Naturalization Process (FINALLY!)

05.29.14 - N-400 filed

06.02.14 - Packet received at the Lewisville Texas Center

06.05.14 - Check cleared

06.04.14 - NOA date

06.13.14 - Biometrics letter received

07.02.14 - Biometrics appointment

07.07.14 - In line

07.17.14 - 'Yellow Paper' date

09.10.14 - Interview scheduled NOA date

10.15.14 - Interview date

10.15.14 - RFE (missing documentation)

10.21.14 - RFE response received in NYC facility

11.04.14 - Oath ceremony scheduled, approved!

11.19.14 - Oath ceremony (8:30am) in Brooklyn - Completed! DONE WITH USCIS!
