ok so i need to start paying attention i will copy and paste what it says......On November 30, 2010, your document I129F, PETITION FOR FIANCE(E) was PROCESSED and mailed to the address on record. If you have not received it within 30 days of November 30, 2010, contact customer service at 1-800-375-5283. If you move while your case is pending, please call our customer service center at 1-800-375-5283.

so it says "was PROCESSED" not APPROVED

sorry im not tryig to waste your time, im very greatful for your help

"processed" could mean anything.. RFE, denial, or approval.. keep your hopes up and the only thing for you to do now is to wait for that letter and see what it says.

That's not usually true actually. Unless the RFE is major, your place in line is preserved. While the RFE is pending, the case is paused obviously, but you don't start over from scratch. Don't worry. Good luck.

That's going on what the letter said, in relation to the EAD and/ or AP only. *shrugs* I'm not going to get stressed about it, just really want to start working!

Timeline Summary:

K-1/K-2 NOA1 - POE: 9 February - 9 July 2010

Married: 17 July 2010

AOS mailed - Interview : 22 November 2010 - 10 March 2011

ROC mailed - approved: 14 February - 18 June 2013

Citizenship mailed - ceremony: 9 February - 7 June 2017

December 2009 -- Visit to Malaysia.

February 2010 -- Applied for B2 visa, approved.

March 2010 -- Visited US.

April 2010 -- Returned from US.

May 2010 -- Sent in K1 Visa application.

July 2010 -- Received NOA2 in 71 days from NOA1.

July 2010 -- Packet 3 received.

August 2010 -- Cancellation of K1 Visa application.

Nath & Jordan, I believe that's just the NOA1 :)

If it were NOA1, then the language would have been something like "on this date we received your application" .. Also, N&J stated that he got a receipt date of November 5 (which I assume is his NOA1).

In any event, I would just wait what the letter says..
